Abacus Crab meat is produced to the highest standards from fresh, first grade, cooked crabs, processed on the day of harvest.

The meat is picked by hand from the claw and rear lump section of the body of the crabs only, ensuring a dry, lump meat, free from shell or gut.

The meat is immediately “super frozen”, ensuring the integrity of flavour and texture is maximised.

Packed in 500 gm trays, Abacus crab meat is dry. Firm and sweet ideal for use in salads, pastas, soups, omelettes and sauces.

Abacus Crab Lump Meat
Our PREMIUM CRAB LUMP MEAT is produced from only the LUMP section of the crab to ensure large white chunks of meat. Our meat is not pasteurised as this process destroys the delicate sweet flavours of the Blue Swimmer Crab.

Our PREMIUM CRAB CLAW MEAT is produced from only the CLAW sections of the crab to ensure large chunks of meat with a stronger taste of the sea. Our meat is not pasteurised as this process destroys the delicate sweet flavours of the Blue Swimmer Crab.

Abacus Crab Mince Meat
Our PREMIUM CRAB MINCE is produced from BODY and LEG sections of the crab. Excellent for adding the flavour of crab to dishes such as crab cakes, pasta, dips, soup etc. Our meat is not pasteurised as this process destroys the delicate sweet flavours of the Blue Swimmer Crab.
